Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Deepwave Digital Inc provides custom professional and technology services. Because services are often custom, refund eligibility is subject to this policy.

Consulting Services

Fees for completed consulting sessions are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted with notice.

Project Deposits

Project initiation deposits may be non-refundable once planning has started, resources assigned, or work commenced.

Milestone-Based Projects

Refund requests for milestone projects are reviewed based on work completed, deliverables produced, and contract terms. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Subscription or Retainer Services

If applicable, monthly service retainers may be canceled according to service agreement terms. Unused future billing periods may qualify for prorated review.

Eligibility For Refund Review

Potential refund requests may be considered when:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Billing error
  • Service not delivered per agreement
  • Approved exception by Company

Non-Refundable Items

Not refundable:

  • Completed custom work
  • Strategy sessions
  • Engineering analysis
  • Delivered digital assets
  • Implementation services
  • Custom development labor

Requesting a Refund

Requests must be submitted within 14 days to contact@deepwavedigitalhub.com. Include: name, invoice number, reason, and supporting information.

Review Process

Requests reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds may be issued to original payment method.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Improper chargebacks may constitute breach of agreement.

Changes To Policy

Company may update this policy.
